ACTC Fall '10 Lecture Thursday, October 7, 2010 Dr. Robert Orsi, Northwestern University Robert Orsi is the first holder of the Grace Craddock Nagle Chair in Catholic Studies at Northwestern. Previously, he taught at Fordham University, Indiana University, Harvard Divinity School and Harvard University. A past president of the American Academy of Religion, Dr. Orsi studies American Catholicism in both historical and ethnographic perspective, and is widely recognized for his work on theory and method for the study of religion.
